High overhead is driving prices up

 

Solution

 

The “Buck-A-Brew.”  Just a quiet place to have a beer or two on the way home from work.  Limited selection – Limited hours.  No glasses, no cutlery or crockery, and no ice. 

 

Only Cold Drinks and Chips – Everything is $1 (all prices include tax).

 

Drinks:

   Cold Beer: Cans of Budweiser or Miller Light

   Cold Wine: Single servings of white or red

   Cold Soda: Cans of Coke or Sprite

 

Chips:

   Single-serving bags: Potato chips or pretzels

 

“Outside food” is OK.

 

Remarks
Explanation

 

A couple of big flat-screen TVs, a bar with stools, bar napkins, a few tables and chairs, two big trash barrels behind the bar and two in the customer area, and that’s it.

 

One attendant to exchange/change money, check IDs, take out the trash/recyclables, restock and turn on/off the lights and TVs. 

Open 3:00 – 8:30 pm Monday - Saturday.
