Unnecessary backups/delays while boarding flights

Solution |
Most travelers pose no threat. Defining those who DO pose a threat is a
matter of screening procedures and “no fly lists,” and is NOT what this idea
is about. Defining those who pose NO RISK has not been
developed. I propose the “TSA Trusted
Traveler” (3T) Program. In order to be placed on the “DO FLY” list, a
traveler must have a valid - Active
Duty or Retired Military ID Card - Government
employee with a - 3T member
who holds active Secret (or better) Security Clearance - Age 70 or
over - Age 10 or
younger - (Other
Valid Object items, TBD) |

Remarks |
By defining which travelers (which Passport
numbers/holders) to be allowed unfettered access to flights, the TSA can more
efficiently and effectively focus on others, who may pose a threat. |
